Booking information:
Your reservation is guaranteed after we received the advance payment of 30 % of the total booking amount. We kindly ask you to transfer the advance payment free of costs to our bank account until 12 days after reservation. The outstanding payment will be occurred when you leave our apartment house in cash.
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our apartment house.
Check-in: from 01.00 p.m. until 10.00 p.m.
Check-out: until 10.00 a.m.
Cancellation conditions:
up to 3 months prior arrival free
up to 1 month prior arrival 40 % cancellation fee
up to 1 week prior arrival 70 % cancellation fee
7 to 0 days prior arrival 90 %
no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 %

The local tourism tax are not included in the prices.
Please notice, that from 1st of November until 15th of April winter tyres are required. If the roads are snow-covered, snow chains are required.
