Generally applicable cancellation conditions:
up to 1 month before arrival free of charge
up to 2 weeks before arrival 40 % cancellation fee
up to 1 week before arrival 70 % cancellation fee
from one week before arrival 90 % cancellation fee
in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 %.
General booking information:
Your reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Please transfer the deposit free of charge to our bank account no later than 10 days after booking. The balance is to be paid on departure in cash or by real-time bank transfer, free of charge, to our bank account.
Please understand that pets are not allowed in our house.

Check-out: until 09.30 am
Please note that winter tires are compulsory from 1 November to 30 April. Snow chains are compulsory from Mayrhofen on snow-covered roads.
