is located on the 2nd floor with balcony in south-west location and has 2 bedrooms. The newly built eat-in kitchen is well equipped with a spacious, cozy dining area, with satellite TV, a high-quality kitchen block with oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Cooking and eating utensils, cleaning cloths, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided
From the eat-in kitchen you can access the two comfortable bedrooms:
1 bedroom with shower and WC, for 2-3 people is equipped with: a double bed (1.90x2.00 m) and 1 sofa bed (0.80x2.00 m)
1 further small bedroom with small shower and WC, for 2 persons is equipped with: two box spring beds (0,80x2,00 m each) together or separately possible.
Both rooms have a balcony, are furnished with light wood, carpeting, satellite TV, room safe, small wardrobe and shower/WC with hairdryer. Bed linen, hand and bath towels, shower gel and toilet paper are provided.
